Pillar Consulting was founded in January 2002 by Ralph W. Boaz. Mr. Boaz has over 35 years of experience in transportation, aerospace, manufacturing and computer science research. He has gained a broad project management, systems engineering, and product development background while working as a senior engineering manager, software developer, and consultant. In previous positions, he received an Extraordinary Achievement Award form General Dynamics Corporation and an Outstanding Engineering Achievement Award from Aerojet ElectroSystems Company.
